The newlyweds are celebrating the arrival of their son Egypt Dauode Dean, who was born at New York’s St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital late Thursday night.
Little Egypt is the first child for the “Un-Thinkable” singer and the third (depending on who’s telling the story) for her superproducer hubby, who boasts a client list that includes Mary J. Blige, Eve, Jay-Z, and Drake.
“I’m so thankful for everything I been blessed with in my life wowwwwww!” Beatz Tweeted of the baby news on Friday.
Alicia, 29, and Swizz, 31, tied the knot on July 31, following a mini scandal that erupted amid claims that Keys began sleeping with Dean during his first marriage to R&B singer Mashonda.
